After we selected the 30 girls for our Tutoring project in July and have informed their parents today, there was a first meeting in the center. We informed them exactly what kind of assistance the girls will receive, , in the coming school year from the project financed by Austrian development co-operation (ADA).
For coming weekend first activities were planned. The girls were allowed choose it by themselves what they want to do. The only idea to stay overnight from Saturday on Sunday in the center was unanimously accepted . We will surely go to the beach together and we will possibly visit the former concentration camp in Tarrafal.
The computer courses for the girls, which we can offer to thanks to the support of George Kraus foundation, will begin on this weekend.
