In-kind donation
You can help Delta Cultura, the Center and of course the children and adolescents with donations in kind.
With our request for donations in kind we approach individuals as well as companies.
As we already made some bad experiences with old and/or broken objects sent from Europe we want to point out that also in Africa these things end up in the waste. And here something like waste management does not exist. So one more reason why saying ‘this is good enough for the poor people in Africa’ is not appropriate.
Delta Cultura organises transportation of in-kind donations regularly from Austria and Germany to Tarrafal. Partly whole containers, partly we divide with other organisations or individuals. In Austria Delta Cultura has enough storage room to gather in-kind donations until transportation is possible.
Delta Cultura in Cape Verde is freed from import taxes. The customs affairs in the capital of Praia are working without problems every since.
Delta Cultura is grateful for donations in kind of the following areas:

- Monitors (because of transportation flat screens are more welcome)

- Football shoes (mainly for children)
- Jerseys (mainly for children)
- Shin guards
- Balls (Number 4 and 5)
- Cons, posts, hurdles, etc.
- Diverse trainings material (stopwatches, whistles, etc.)
Music (for the planned music school)
- Musical instruments (guitars, flutes, keyboards, etc.)
- Amplifier (also for diverse cultural activities)

- Mixing desk
- Microphones
- Music stands
- Books of music
- Diverse musical material (tuning forks, metronome, etc.)
