Many people have supported our work amazingly. Thanks to all of them we were able to build up the Football School in just a few years. In 2002 we started with just 6 balls. Today we run a Child- and Youthcenter with professional training, sports- and cultural activities and more.
We continue to count on strong active support. Be it In Europe or at the Center in Tarrafal.
Unfortunately Delta Cultura Cabo Verde is not able to support co-workers from abroad with costs of travel, board and lodging.
What kind of active help we need exactly can be red on our project descriptions and/or our Blog. Of course we are always open for new ideas and possibilities too.
Ideal conditions to work with us in Cape Verde are:
- Good knowledge of Portuguese or Badiu Kriolu.
- Idea respectively concept for a project inside the project. Examples: painting workshop, photo workshop and so on.
Possibilities to support outside of Cape Verde:
- Engagement in one of our associations in Europe (Austria and Germany)
- Advocate us! The more people know about Delta Cultura the bigger our chances to get support for the kids and adolescents of Tarrafal. You can do so in personal conversations but also through Email, Tweets, Facebook and Co. Also Blog articles about our work and activities are a big help.
